Srinagar, Oct. 19 -- Days after announcing a judicial probe, the stalled talks between Ladakh leaders and the union Government are set to resume, as the Centre has invited representatives of the Leh Apex Body (LAB) and the Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) for subcommittee-level discussions in New Delhi on October 22.
