Patna, Nov. 10 -- Soon after New Delhi bomb blast killing ten people this evening, Bihar where polling for second and final phase of assembly elections is to be held tomorrow, has been put on high alert to keep strict vigil on suspicious elements particularly bordering areas with Nepal.
Polling for second and final phase of Bihar assembly elections in 122 seats, is to be held tomorrow and New Delhi blast had prompted state police to further beef up the security measures in all 20 districts where electorate have to cast their votes.
