New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi arrived in the Indian capital this morning, in the first such visit by a top member of the Afghan Taliban regime in Kabul. He is set to hold talks with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.
The Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson said in a post on X, that the government looks forward to engaging with the Afghan Taliban Foreign Minister on bilateral relations and regional issues.
