Kabul, July 16 -- The Afghan Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with an internal aid agency to support returnees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and vulnerable families, the ministry announced in a statement late night yesterday.
According to the statement, the MoU is valued at over USD 2.2 million and is set to benefit families across the country.
Under the agreement, the partnering agency will provide cash assistance, legal advice, and support to children in 30 out of 34 provinces.
