Chandrapur, Dec. 23 -- Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat today emphasised that affordable education and healthcare are basic necessities for every individual and should be decentralised to reach all sections of society.
Speaking at the inauguration of the Pandit Deendayal Cancer Hospital in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, Bhagwat said access to education and medical services should not be limited or centralised, but made available at the grassroots level.
He noted that cancer has a profound impact not only on patients but also on their families and called upon society to actively participate in supporting those affected.
