Madgaon, Oct. 15 -- It was the familiar story of missed chances as India saw their hopes of making it to the main round of the AFC Asian Cup go up in smoke after suffering a 1-2 defeat against Singapore in the qualifier at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium here today.
