Begusarai, July 13 -- Taking cognizance of misleading information being circulated by a private YouTube handle about the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) work in Sahebpur Kamal Assembly Constituency under Ballia Subdivision of Begusarai district, the district administration has clarified that the execution of SIR activities was being carried out in a peaceful and harmonious environment.
