New Delhi, Dec. 30 -- Flagging the issue of attack on migrant workers, Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Tuesday wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting to sensitise all state governments to stop this kind of discrimination.
He met Modi at his office in Delhi and handed over the letter. The letter was written after Juel Sheikh, a 20-year-old man from Sutia in West Bengal's Murshidabad district, was beaten to death by a mob on December 24 in Odisha.
