Chennai, Dec. 6 -- Amid cancellation of hundreds of flights during the last two days, IndiGo airlinestoday said it was addressing refunds to its customers on a priority basis.
The Civil Aviation Ministry has directed the airliner to settle all the refunds to the passengers for cancelledflights by tomorrow evening.
In a statement here, IndiGo said it is working determinedly to bring its operations back on track acrossthe network.
"Our teams are focused on stabilising schedules, reducing delays, and supporting customers throughthis period", it said.
Today the number of cancellations has dropped below 850 flights, much lower compared to yesterday.
"We're continuing to work towards reducing this number progressively over the next few days"...
