Mumbai, Sept. 12 -- Adani Enterprises today announced through a filing made to the stock exchange that it has acquired a 100 per cent stake in DP Jain TOT Toll Roads (DPJTOT) at an enterprise value of Rs 1,342 crore.
Adani Enterprises stated in its filing that the transaction is carried out through Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL), which is a subsidiary of the company.
ARTL, which oversees the road infrastructure part of the business, has 8 under construction projects at the end of the June quarter.
Adani Enterprises stated that it acquired the company from D P Jain & Co Infrastructure, adding that the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, was executed on September 11, 2025.
