New Delhi, March 2 -- Adani Enterprises officially announced here on Monday that its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Ltd (ADSTL) executed a business transfer agreement on February 28, with Punj Lloyd Ltd to acquire its defence unit located in Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh.
The company stated that it received intimation of the execution of the agreement at 12:27 am on March 1, 2026, and has disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to the stock exchange.
