Mumbai, Nov. 28 -- The Adani Group officially announced here on Friday that it will purchase a 72.8 per cent stake in Flight Simulation Technique Centre (FSTC) for Rs 820 crore, marking the conglomerate's foray into the pilot training segment.
According to a stock exchange filing, Adani Enterprises disclosed that the transaction was carried out by Adani Defence Systems and Technologies and Horizon Aero Solutions, a subsidiary of the company.
Adani Enterprises stated that FSTC is India's largest independent provider of flight training and simulation, operating 11 advanced full-flight simulators and 17 training aircraft.
