Los Angeles, July 28 -- Actor Adam Sandler has quietly honoured the memory of the late actor Cameron Boyce through a subtle tribute woven into the early frames of his new Netflix comedy sequel, "Happy Gilmore 2".
Boyce, a gifted young actor cherished by Disney audiences, passed away in 2019 at the age of 20. He died in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition," a family spokesperson shared at the time.
Known for his breakout roles in "Jessie", "Descendants" and "Mrs. Fletcher", he was also a beloved figure among a generation that grew up watching him evolve from Disney Channel darling to emerging star.
