Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 11 -- The delegate kit distribution for the 30th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) was inaugurated at the Tagore Theatre here on Thursday, marking the first major event ahead of the festival's opening.
Dr. Divya S Iyer, Director of the Cultural Affairs Department, formally opened the IFFK Delegate Cell and handed over the first delegate kit to actor and 2024 State Film Award winner Lijo Mol Jose, making her the first registered delegate of the 30th edition.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Divya said the festival was "not just the pride of Thiruvananthapuram, but of the entire world," highlighting its cultural significance and global appeal.
