Mumbai, Jan. 24 -- Actor and filmmaker Kamaal Rashid Khan, popularly known as KRK, facing charges of firing incident that occurred in a residential complex of Andheri area of Mumbai suburb, was today produced in a court here after his arrest and remanded to police custody till Jan 27.
He was produced in the Bandra court with his face completely covered using a black cloth. Two policemen were holding him by the arms as he was led away, while several onlookers and members of the media were present outside the court.
While moving the remand application, police said that the accused was arrested in a serious crime therefore his custodial interrogation is necessary, hence he should be remanded to police custody.
