Patna, Jan. 27 -- Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey said that a state action plan was being prepared to protect from the diseases related to climate change.

While addressing a function organised here on Monday to discuss the health hazards due to climate change, Pandey said that several diseases were being reported due to it in human beings and among other living creatures.

Addressing the need to adopt preventive measures to protect from climate-related health hazards, Pandey said that it was also essential to conserve the environment.
