New Delhi, Dec. 20 -- A Delhi court on Saturday framed severe charges, including attempt to murder and criminal conspiracy, against two men for attacking Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. The court observed that the prime accused saw the CM as an "easy prey" because, "despite being a Chief Minister, she was not having such a high security as that of the judges of the Hon'ble Supreme Court."Additional Sessions Judge Ekta Gauba Mann of Tis Hazari Courts ordered the framing of charges against Sakariya Rajeshbhai Khimjibhai and Tehsin Raza Rafiullah Shaikh alias Bapu. The detailed order rejected their discharge pleas, highlighting a prima facie case of a premeditated conspiracy.
