Mumbai, March 22 -- A local court on Sunday remanded 14th arrested accused Pradeep Radhamohan Sharma alias Golu Pandit into police custody till April 1 for his allaged involvement in a firing incident near the residence of filmmaker Rohit Shetty in suburban Juhu here earlier this year.
He was arrested on March 21 from the Bah Police Station limits in Agra district of Uttar Pradesh.
On the night of February1, unidentified persons opened fire at the residence of the film maker when he was inside. After the incident, an FIR was registered at Juhu Police Station under Sections 109, 61(2), 238, and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, along with Sections 3, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, and Sections 37(1), 37(2) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police ...
