Srinagar, Sept. 26 -- J&K Police today said that it acted swiftly in a serious case of sexual assault involving three minor children by arresting the habitual offender within hours of the complaint.
It was reported that three minor children were subjected to repeated sexual assault by a criminal.
Acting without delay, Police Station Beerwah registered a case under sections 65(2) & 352(2) of BNS read with sections 5/6 of the POCSO Act.
"The accused was arrested within hours of the report.
