Kaithal, Dec. 16 -- The court of Additional Sessions Judge Mohit Aggarwal has acquitted the accused in a corruption case due to lack of evidence.
Jasbir was accused of demanding a bribe for issuing the marriage certificate of Phool Kumar and Beant Kaur. In this regard, FIR No. 2 was registered in the State Vigilance Bureau, Ambala, on February 7, 2020, under Sections 7 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Advocate Sachin Jain argued the case on behalf of the defence side.
