Srinagar, Aug. 20 -- Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau today registered a case in connection with alleged misappropriation of government funds and tampering in J&K Paysys in the Accounts Section of the Directorate of Tourism, Kashmir.
ACB spokesperson said on receipt of a written complaint, a preliminary enquiry was conducted by them, which revealed that public servants posted in the accounts section, Javed Ahmad Bhat, Junior Assistant (then In-charge Bill Clerk) and Tawseef Dilshad Zargar, MTS (then Assistant to Bill Clerk), fraudulently manipulated the Government's sensitive software J&K PaySys.
