New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has registered a commanding win in the Delhi University Students' union (DUSU) elections capturing three of the four central panel seats.

Congress-affiliated National Students' union of India (NSUI) managed to secure a single seat.

The electoral battle was primarily contested between these two student wings, with ABVP emerging as the clear favorite among the student body. A total of 60,272 students cast their votes out of 1,53,100 registered voters, resulting in a voter turnout of 39.36 percent.
