New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- Absconding Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, also known as Parth Sarthi, who is accused of sexually harassing more than two dozen female students, has alleged that P.A. Murali, who lodged a case against him, is an aide of fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya.
The Swami made this claim in an application that he later withdrew. His second bail plea is still pending before the court.
In the application, Swami levelled serious allegations against Murali, stating that he had served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director of United Spirits Ltd. (part of the UB Group).
