Abhishek Banerjee to reignite his stage journey after two decades

Mumbai, Sept. 17 -- Actor Abhishek Banerjee, celebrated for his compelling screen presence across cinema and digital platforms, is preparing to step back into the world of theatre after a 20-year hiatus, returning to the art form where his journey first began.

Before making his mark on Bollywood and OTT platforms, Abhishek began his journey in stage plays in Delhi. Now, two decades later, he will reunite with his old theatre colleagues for a solo production of the satirical comedy "Tu Kya Hai," which will premiere this month at Mumbai's renowned National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA).
