Shillong, June 29 -- Trinamool Congress (TMC) national General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee on Wednesday launched a scathing attack against Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, saying that the National People's Party (NPP)-led government is "not a double engine government but a double heist and a double robbery".
