New Delhi, Jan. 27 -- Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva has strongly condemned the statement made by Aam Aadmi Party's state unit convenor Saurabh Bharadwaj, in which he alleged that the BJP- led government is turning Delhi into a 'cancer capital' by creating new garbage mountains.
