New Delhi, Oct. 10 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today stated that it will fully comply with the Supreme Court's decision regarding the use of firecrackers during the upcoming Diwali festival.
AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj said the party has consistently adhered to judicial orders on the matter. "During the AAP government's tenure, every order from the Supreme Court, whether on Chhath Puja or Diwali firecrackers, was strictly implemented," Bharadwaj stated during a press conference today.
He added that if the court now decides to allow firecrackers despite pollution concerns, the party would respect that decision as well.
