Chandigarh, Oct. 18 -- A controversy has erupted in Punjab's Ludhiana after the younger son of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Jeewan Singh Sangowal was seen firing shots in the air during a wedding celebration.
A short video clip has surfaced showing the MLA's son, Jagpal Singh, firing twice on a dance floor as loud Punjabi music played in the background.
The incident reportedly took place in Gill village, which falls under Sangowal's constituency. Police officials said Jagpal Singh has been called in for questioning. Sources also indicated that AAP's central leadership has summoned the MLA to Delhi to explain the matter.
