New Delhi, Dec. 24 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party is preparing to change the Chief Minister of Delhi and alleged that it was why the LG wrote a letter to AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal.
AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj said Chief Minister Rekha Gupta may be replaced soon. He claimed that air pollution and water supply could be the reasons behind this.
He alleged that the BJP's declining political standing in Delhi has prompted the central leadership to consider a leadership change.
According to him, this move indicates that the Lieutenant Governor has been brought back into an active administrative role as an interim arrangement until a new Chief Minister takes charge.
