New Delhi, Oct. 2 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government over disruptions in Dussehra and Durga Puja festivities in Delhi, citing issues of waterlogging and poor management.

AAP Delhi unit president Saurabh Bharadwaj said Prime Minister Narendra Modi remained absent at the Ramlila event in IP Extension as he feared public anger at the functioning of the so called "four-engine government."He alleged that the BJP had failed to manage the city's affairs, causing inconvenience during festivals.

Bharadwaj also referred to problems faced during the immersion of Goddess Durga's idol at Astha Kunj, Nehru Place, where residents reportedly expressed dissatisfaction with the arrangements. He s...
