New Delhi, Jan. 15 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has accused Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mayor Raja Iqbal Singh of using derogatory language against women councillors in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) house. The party presented a video as evidence during a press conference on Thursday.
AAP Delhi convenor Saurabh Bharadwaj claimed the video shows the mayor referring to women councillors as "sheep and goats" during a house proceeding. He stated that despite the video evidence, the BJP has denied the incident.
