New Delhi, Nov. 19 -- The Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday staged a protest after government officials reportedly moved to clear the official office of Sultanpuri MLA Mukesh Ahlawat. The party alleged the action is a politically motivated attempt by the BJP-led government to obstruct its public work.

Hundreds of AAP workers gathered outside the MLA's office in Sultanpuri, responding to a call by party's Delhi state president Saurabh Bharadwaj. He stated that the BJP government was targeting AAP MLAs through a deliberate conspiracy and that the party stood firmly with its elected representatives.
