New Delhi, Nov. 18 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) launched a sharp critique of the BJP-led administration in Delhi, claiming it is responsible for the city's severe pollution crisis through systemic failure, data manipulation, and corruption, while asserting that stubble burning now contributes to only a minor fraction of the problem.
At a press conference on Tuesday, AAP's Delhi chief Saurabh Bharadwaj presented data suggesting that stubble burning from Punjab accounts for merely 8% of Delhi's pollution, placing the responsibility for the remaining 92% squarely on Delhi-based agencies, all of which are under the control of BJP.
