New Delhi, Oct. 10 -- The Aam Aadmi Party's Leader of Opposition in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Ankush Narang, alleged that a building project in the Civil Lines area was cancelled due to a dispute over bribe distribution among BJP officials.

Narang claimed yesterday that the proposal for 2, Under Hill Road, which belongs to a private builder, was passed by the BJP-led Standing Committee despite objections from AAP councillors, only to be rejected later when a "setting", a term used for illicit arrangements, between the Mayor and the Standing Committee Chairman allegedly fell through.
