Chandigarh, April 15 -- Punjab BJP chief Sunil Jakhar alleged on Tuesday that AAP and Congress were playing a fixed match. In a video statement released on social media, he alleged that Partap Singh Bajwa, in his bid to become chief minister of the state at the fag-end of his career, was giving statements to garner cheap publicity and the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann was making statements for the sake of it.
