Mumbai, June 23 -- Bollywood star and filmmaker Aamir Khan's film 'Sitaare Zameen Par' has made an impressive debut, collecting approximately Rs 60 crores within its first three days of release in the Indian market.

Released in theatres on June 20, the film is being seen as a spiritual follow-up to Khan's 2007 classic 'Taare Zameen Par'. Marking Khan's return to the big screen after a hiatus. 'Sitaare Zameen Par' is making a splash in theatres and creating waves among cine goers, across its Hindi, Tamil and Telugu versions.
