Hamirpur (HP), Feb. 4 -- A waste management plant costing about one crore rupees will be set up in the Tounidevi area of the Bamsan block of the district for the disposal of garbage and other material from the kaswa and its nearby areas.
An effort to set up the waste management plant has started and the team inspected the land in Gram Panchayat Barin on Friday.
On behalf of the Panchayati Raj Department, State Coordinator of Swachh Bharat Mission Sanjeev Rana visited here along with District Coordinator Anil Patial, Block Coordinator Sujay Katoch as well as Gram Panchayat Barin Pradhan Ravindra Thakur.
