Kolhapur, May 26 -- The appearance of a Sun Bow - a perfect circle of rainbow-like light around the blazing midday sun, is often linked to high moisture content and atmosphere instability, which can lead to unusually heavy rainfall, said scientist Prof. Kiran Kumar Johare.
