Islamabad, April 30 -- A panic-stricken Pakistan has once again resorted to peddling fake news, claiming it has "credible news that India plans to attack Pakistan within 24-36 hours".

The country's Information Minister Attaullah Tarar claimed that India will use the Pahalgam terror attack as a "false pretext" for launching a military offensive against Pakistan.

In a televised statement, the Pakistani Information Minister said: "Pakistan has credible intelligence that India intends to carry out military action against Pakistan in the next 24-36 hours on the pretext of baseless and concocted allegations of involvement in the Pahalgam incident."
