Dharwad, March 19 -- In a major mishap a five story building under construction collapsed in Dharwad and so far 10 people were rescued and admitted to District Hospital here and rescue operation operation is in full swing in the city on Tuesday. Karnataka Chief Minister, expressing his anguish over the incident in his tweeter, has directed Chief Secretary to airlift experts to the spot to further speed up the rescue operation. Fire fighter units and experts have also been rushed from surrounding Belagavi, Haveri, Gadag and other Districts.
