Chennai, Nov. 1 -- A day after his expulsion from the AIADMK for joining hands with ousted leadersto unite the party ahead of fast approaching Assembly polls, party veteran K A Sengottaiayan, MLA, todaytermed it as autocratic as it was done without seeking any explanation from him and launched a scathingattack on party General Secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami (EPS).
Talking to reporters at his native Gobichettipalayam constituency in Erode District, from where hewas elected to the Tamil Nadu for a eighth term in the 2021 electons, Mr Sengottaiayansaid Mr EPSwas only a 'temporary' 'General Secretary and was not elected by the party cadres and that he hasno right to sack him from the party.
