Budapest, March 21 -- An additional 90 billion euros worth of military funding for Ukraine between 2026- 2027 remains stalled after Hungary blocked the passage of the bill, though European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, following the EU summit, told reporters that she will ensure it gets passed "one way or the other."She did not comment on how this would play out or any of the steps Brussels will take to get the proposal ratified.
