New Delhi, Feb. 21 -- union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Saturday said that 86 countries and two international organisations have endorsed the 'New Delhi Declaration' adopted at the AI Impact Summit 2026, calling it a strong global endorsement of India's vision for a collaborative, trusted and inclusive artificial intelligence framework.
The declaration, adopted at the conclusion of the summit in the national capital, marks a significant milestone in shaping global cooperation on AI, with participating nations backing a shared roadmap for equitable access, responsible innovation and resilient AI systems.
