Bhind, June 8 -- An 80-year-old woman took her own life allegedly by hanging herself at her residence in Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh, police said on Sunday.
Police sources said that the reason behind the deceased, Devi Kushwah, a resident of Jaitpura village, taking the drastic step is yet to be ascertained.
The Aswar police have registered a case, conducted a post-mortem examination, and are questioning the family members of the deceased.
The body was handed over to the family members after the post-mortem.
