Chennai, Sept. 19 -- The 7th edition of SICA Culinary Olympiad and Food Competition 2025 was launchedby Tamil Nadu Tourism Minister R. Rajendran today.
The Minister launched the event at the sprawling Chennai Trade Centre at Nandambakkam in the presenceof Padma Shri award winner Chef Damu and renowned Chef Seetharam.
Over 3,000 chefs from India and International teams from countries like Maldives, Mauritus, Sri Lanka andAustralia participating in India's First WACS Endorsed Culinary Competition, according to SICA pressrelease.
