New Delhi, Sept. 13 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced that her government will begin unveiling major new schemes to the people of the city starting from September 17, to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday, beginning the 'Seva Pakhwada' which will go on till October 2.
She has said that significant schemes will be announced on a daily basis for 15 days, and out of these a total of 'major' 75 schemes are going to play a crucial role in city's development.
