Lucknow, Aug. 14 -- As part of the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' and the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, the streets of Lucknow witnessed a unique display of patriotism today.
More than 600 differently-abled persons participated in a special 'Tiranga Yatra' organised under the aegis of the Uttar Pradesh Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, filling the city with the colours of the national flag.
The rally began from Sanchet Rajkiya Mook Badhir Vidyalaya (Government School for the Deaf), Mohan Road, and passed through the Integrated Regional Skill Development, Rehabilitation and Disability Empowerment Centre before returning to the school.
