Pune, April 18 -- A 55-year-old man died after suffering a severe heart attack while trekking at Sinhagad Fort early in the morning today.

The deceased has been identified as Suresh Raghunath Bhokare, a resident of Gokul Nagar in Katraj, South Pune.

According to reports, Bhokare had gone to visit the fort with his friends and began the trek around 5 a.m. via a foot trail. While climbing, the group halted for a brief rest near the Maruti temple at Padher Meta. Shortly after resuming the trek, Bhokare suddenly felt dizzy and collapsed.
