Nagpur, Sept. 12 -- At least five students were injured when a school van collided head-on with a bus on the Mankapur flyover in Maharashtra's Nagpur on Friday morning, police said.
The accident occurred when the school van of Bhavan's Koradi Road branch rammed into a bus belonging to Narayana Vidyalam, Bokhara. The bus was on its way to pick up students when the mishap took place.
According to police, the flyover has been partially closed for repairs, forcing two-way traffic into a single lane.
Preliminary inquiry suggests the van driver, while speeding, strayed into the opposite lane and hit the bus.
