Ankara, July 21 -- Four people were killed and 33 others injured when a passenger bus crashed into a mountainside in the Imranli district of Turkiye's central Sivas province on Sunday, semi-official Anadolu Agency reported.
The passenger bus, traveling from the eastern Agri province to the western Izmir province, crashed into a mountainside near Kuzkoy village on the Sivas-Erzincan highway.
Emergency teams, including police, gendarmerie, the disaster agency, and medical personnel, were dispatched to the scene following reports of the accident.
All the injured, one of them seriously, were transported to hospitals.
